Manoj Panchal is a motivational speaker. Being orphaned early in life, he spent majority of his childhood and adolescence in an orphanage and grew up with a family bound by love, if not by blood. While growing up, he dreamt of building an old age home and an orphanage. The dream turned into a resolution, which only grew stronger, until one day in 2015 he decided he was ready to turn it into reality. Currently, is founding member of the organization

Leading Octago Advisory Solutions, he empowers businesses with tailored consulting and investment strategies. With impactful tenures at PwC and Dun & Bradstreet, he has honed expertise in strategic planning and business advisory. As co-founder of the NGO Janiv, he remains committed to social impact, while ventures in renewable energy and sustainability focus on biofuels, green energy, and community development.

Swapnil Kemnaik is Bachelor of Fine Arts from J.J.School of Arts, Mumbai and is a senior designer at Shemaroo Entertainment. He was born in a close-knit family with a humble background, where money wasn't always free-flowing but love and affection was. He is the youngest member of the Janiv family and handles day-to-day operations along with fundraisings and keeping the overall environment joyful

Kushal Vilas Nehete is a Senior IT professional with Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Limited. His father lost his job when he was young. So, even under harsh conditions and overcoming many difficulties, he pursued an engineering degree. From the experience he got, he started social service work. Currently he one of the key backbone of the foundation

Most of them are found to be living on footpaths, railway stations, or by the roadside.

A thriving rural education ecosystem is essential for the holistic development of rural communities. By focusing on infrastructure, quality education, community engagement, skill development, health, inclusivity, and policy support, we can create an ecosystem that not only imparts knowledge but also empowers individuals, fosters sustainable development, and contributes to the overall progress of society. At Janiv, we have implemented projects such as water supply, improving infrastructure at schools, creating an employment opportunities for women in the villages of Pachghar, Kasti, Ambhe, Sagroli
At Janiv Annachatra, we are dedicated to offering nutritious meals at an affordable price of Rs. 15 per meal, ensuring access for those in need. Recognizing the financial challenges faced by the underprivileged, who often struggle to afford daily meals, we have established Annachatra initiatives in 'Diva' on the outskirts of Mumbai and in Nanded. Operating on a non-profit, no-loss basis, these initiatives aim to provide sustenance to the needy within the community. Notably, during the challenging times of the pandemic, we were able to extend our support by providing free meals to approximately 100,000 individuals in need. Currently, Janiv is able to satisfy hunger of around 500 people every day.
At Janiv Davakhana, we are committed to extending essential medical facilities to those in need. Recognizing the importance of healthcare accessibility, particularly for vulnerable communities, we strive to provide comprehensive medical support. Whether it's through community clinics, outreach programs, or partnerships with healthcare providers, our aim is to ensure that everyone, regardless of their economic status, has access to quality medical care. In times of crisis or adversity, we stand firm in our dedication to make healthcare a fundamental right for all, leaving no one behind. We don’t change a single rupee for the medical services. However, people can donate rice, dal, veggies as per their ability and wish.
